Position Description
One to two years of experience working as in IT Support. Performs a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software. Under general supervision, this position may require collaboration with technical and managerial staff. Work methods and/or sequence of work is governed by oral/written instructions and established procedures.

Position Requirements
Previous experience in IT or other related fields Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
CCNA or CCENT a plus
Physical capabilities to include lifting up to 70 lbs.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail oriented.
